My path into this work grew from my own experience of emotional struggle, spiritual awakening, and the realization that true transformation reaches deeper than the surface. As I learned to release old patterns, reconnect with myself, and listen to my inner guidance, I discovered how profoundly our emotional, energetic, physical, and spiritual lives affect one another.
Today, my purpose is to hold a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where others can slow down, feel supported, and reconnect with the part of themselves that already knows the way forward. I blend intuitive awareness with practical grounding and integration so the experience can become something you carry into everyday life.

At my request, these experiences involved a powerful ancient medicine, but the medicine is only part of it. 03What should I wear and how should I prepare?
Wear comfortable clothing, hydrate beforehand, and arrive with an open mind. Avoid rushing into your appointment when possible so your nervous system has time to settle.
04Do you offer remote and mobile sessions?
Yes. Distance sessions are available worldwide, and in-person or mobile options may be available in Idaho Falls and surrounding areas.
05What might I feel during a session?
Every experience is different. Some people notice warmth, tingling, emotion, deep relaxation, imagery, clarity, or subtle shifts. Others simply feel peaceful. There is no correct response.
06Are results guaranteed?
No healing or wellness outcome can be guaranteed. Experiences vary, and meaningful change often unfolds through continued awareness, personal responsibility, and integration.
07Is this medical or mental-health treatment?
